I figured it was about time I blogged about my trip to Waco, Texas earlier this year where I visited Magnolia Market at the Silos with my business partner. We were there on a business trip for The Bloom Workshop and got a behind the scenes tour and it was such a blast! Today we will be visiting again, during the Silobration and I am so excited to be in such a warm, inviting place again during such a festive time! Here are some shots from around the market-- it truly is beautiful no matter which direction you look. So much time and care has been taken to make everything an experience! Exciting to add some new photos from the silobrations to my collection!
I met up with Kerri and Austin on a bright summer morning that quickly turned dark. The sun shone and the rain fell intermittently and right as we wrapped our session it downpoured. I love the added romance and moodiness the darkening skies add to their gorgeous lavender field engagement session. Kerri had always dreamed of getting married in a field like this but like I just mentioned, Michigan weather has a mind of its own and they are opting for indoor nuptials next year. We thought it would be a good compromise and fun way to keep her dream alive to shoot their engagement here, and my only regret is that you can't SMELL what we smelled during this session. Heavenly doesn't even come close as a description and it was peaceful beyond compare. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites!
